Popcorn is Salty!!!!

We're near the end of learning about our 5 Senses. This week we started talking about tasting things! We ate popcorn and candy.... first thing in the morning and they were wired ALL DAY! :)

Centers

After the kids have finished their English or Math work, they can read books, look at pictures or play with flash cards at the centers! I'm holding off on the puzzles for a little while, but I'll bring them out soon!

My Very Own Garden!!!

Green beans, snow peas, lettuce, cucumbers and carrots have all been planted! Can't wait to harvest them in June! :)

Traffic in the City

Planes, Trains, Buses, Vans and Rickshaws

We pretty much used every mode of transportation aside from a boat!
Those rickshaw drivers can maneuver in between traffic like nobodies business. You just have to trust that they know what they're doing.... and they do!
Our van driver was awesome. I thought they over used their horns where I live. Not a chance. This guy honked his horn so much that he had a dance to go with beat that hi honked. That and he watched our luggage for us as we waited for our night bus.
We took a COLD night train from Delhi to Amritsar. FYI - NEVER take a night train OR bus during January without a wool blanket.
