Throw Back Thursday with Fond Memories of Asia!

Photos that haven't made their debut yet. One of my favourite places to teach and visit was the fruit basket of the area!
The road/view up to Hunza!

This has to be one of my favourite photos of the area! Spring time and everything comes alive!
Everyone lives below the mountain near the river. Green and pink are most refreshing on the eyes after a grey winter.

Throw Back Thursday… Sailing on a Schooner

A friend of mine works with SALTS (Sailing & Life Training Society) and signed me up for a member day sail when I first returned back from Asia. I got to steer the schooner(tall ship)!

Getting steering instructions! Check out the anti sea sick patch behind my ear! :)

I'm just a little excited!

Walking in the Quiet Places!

I needed to get out of the house for a bit and didn't have any plans. So I took a romp in the little town I grew up in. It's still a quiet place with great views.

View of the bell tower at the Monastery. The bell rings on the hour - I think.

The view out East to my favourite four mountains! I love it that they can be seen from many number of places around town!
