Now that I've gone snowshoeing it's officially winter in my books!

I look tired here, but I'm pretty excited to be OUT and in the snow!

Extreme Nature

I've never been to Capilano before so I decided to come with my girlfriend and her sister. We waited until December to go so we could see it lit up with lights at night!

There was a lit boardwalk in the treetops!

A group from my high school and I went on an Urban Plunge into Vancouver's East side. We helped prepare meals, clean up, prayed for people and handed out sandwiches, socks, and gloves to people on the street. What an eye opener! It was like I was in a different part of the world. I LOVED it and I know a few other team members did too! This was my group that worked together together all weekend! We love our coffee/tea! :)

I shared that the people in our lives are all gifts and that during this time we are gifts to the people around us!

Canadian Rockies

Saw amazing sights as I drove to Alberta with friends in October! My first time at Lake Louise! It was quite cold at 8am, but worth the view!




I remember driving through Banff as a kid, but I got to see it as an adult and I'm stunned! LOVE the Canadian Rockies! :)

Vibrant Colors

Had a fantastic day romping around trying to catch the colors of fall! Really blessed to be home during this time of year.

For some reason I just LOVE being underneath tree branches! It's a covering of sorts that makes me feel safe and lovely.

Hope of the Morning

As you can see from the last few posts, this little town of Grand Forks, BC has been a place of refuge for me these last few months. This quiet country reminds me a little of Wyoming, but with a LOT more trees! I'm blessed and ministered too!



I'm looking after my cousin's kids and all his animals so that he can go hunting with his wife! So I get to release these white pigeons every morning while the sun comes up! :)


The sun rises are beautiful EVERY morning and the sun sets in the West at the same time that the full moon is rising in the East!

I had a wonderful visit with my cousin's family in Grand Forks! It felt good to be out of the city and do some work! What a good looking family! :)






I my first black and white picture! I can only shoot black and white in manual mode, so I guessed at my settings and it turned out great! Guess I'm learning something! :)
