Pictures of Mark's time at the Kemess mines, 400 km North West of Mckenzie, BC.

Mark was the heavy duty mechanic for the Traxxon rock drills. From October to January he worked in -20C to -45C weather.

Here are a couple more pictures of our back yard and one from the bench on the west side of our property looking east. The property is "L" shaped, so the bench is a long way from the house. The cultivated field to the north of house will be a hay field.

Brad and Alisa's new place

Hi to all. In case any of you were wondering, we moved to Grand Forks in January. We bought 36 acres which consists of forested hillside and about 15 acres of flat fields. There are lots of deer, wild turkeys, quail, pheasants etc...

This is a photo of our back yard looking north. The sapling was rubbed by deer in the rut last fall. We removed several trees that were completely destroyed. We plan on building a deck so Brad and Marvin can shoot deer right off the deck!

Bahama Mama's and Papa's

Bahamas was great!!! We had wind, but it was still hot. Never once did I put on a sweater. Very friendly people. It is a great culture and we will forsure be going back there. Loved the colour of the water, sand was either the brownish stuff or nice white sand, depending on the island that you are on. Did some snorkling, the kids and Rick saw a lot more than I did, as I am a bit scared of water. Eels, baracudas, all those colourful fish, stingray, they saw a lot. We had a great time, and want to go back.
